GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee shelter facility in a manner that is consistent with Transition Projects mission, values, policies and procedures. Actively participate in shelter processes and work as part of a team to provide services to clients. This is a represented full-time position. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Be available and flexible to work across Residential Shelter Programs, Low Barrier Shelter Programs, the Resource Center, Severe Weather Shelter, and other programs as directed.
