We are seeking a Head of Corporate Development to drive and support growth and scalability for our rapidly growing organization. The responsibilities of the Head of Corporate Development will include the following, reporting initially to the CEO: M&A: Lead the execution of PlanHub’s inorganic growth strategy. Key elements include: Organic Growth / Scaling: Manage PlanHub’s overall Value Creation Program in partnership with the CEO and ELT, including: - Strategy Setting and Focus Area Prioritization: Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis and research to establish key M&A focus areas.
