Description Team Lead – Robotics: Yanmar Compact Equipment North America designs, manufactures and supports a complete range of compact equipment including compact track loaders, mini excavators, wheel loaders and construction equipment for use in such markets as construction, landscaping, utility, land management and agriculture. The products are sold primarily through a third party, independent dealer network. OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for the day to day activities, workflow, and daily coordination of assigned area. Team Lead – Robotics position requires a complete understanding of robotic programming, welding processes, operation and creation of jigs and fixtures, kanban system, weldments, material flow and overall operations in order to organize a work team, train new team members, examine work results, and correct variation to the processes. This position will be responsible for providing a safe work environment, ensuring standard work is being performed, maintaining 5S levels, identifying and resolving quality issues, and filling in for absent team members on an as needed basis.
