Main responsibilities: Collaborate with business leaders to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance - Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary - Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial accounting - Ensure support in month end financial reporting of entity Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss and key deliverables as required - Work together with other Finance and Business functions on key business areas to support the management decision process with relevant and accurate data and reporting - Support the development and execution of the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Maintain the calculations and communication with stakeholders for the budget-driven accruals process - Ensure meeting deadlines and the agreed KPIs - Recommend process improvements to ensure greater efficiency and productivity, while complying w...
