Senior Engineer, Marine Systems

Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Marine Systems Engineer to join our Hull Engineering team and play a key role in the design and delivery of advanced vessels for the Royal Canadian Navy and Canadian Coast Guard. In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership across the full lifecycle of marine systems - from design and construction through testing, commissioning, and delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who is passionate about shipbuilding and thrives in complex, multidisciplinary environments. Due to the nature of work Irving Shipbuilding does, all successful applicants must meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
