Summer Temps 2026: Reporting directly to the Operations Coordinator, the successful candidates will join our Production Department for the summer season. Summer Temps will work alongside fulltime employees, with duties split between general cleanup and entry-level Finishing End positions within the plant. Assignments run from May through September 2026, with potential extensions beyond August. Temporary roles may also lead to permanent fulltime opportunities based on performance and business needs. You'll Do: - Packaging of MDF units - Small forklift operation - Various tasks such as painting or yard maintenance - Clean up as required You Have: - Safety first attitude - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - The ability to work both in a team and independently - Flexible availability to accommodate shift work - A valid driver’s license - Computer skills - Ability to balance competing priorities and work under pressure - The desire to problem solve, and learn, grow, and excel - Mechanical aptitude - Mo...
