Title: Slate CRM & Enrollment Systems Manager Position Purpose: Slate CRM & Enrollment Systems Manager will oversee the vision, development, and optimization of our Customer Relations Management (CRM) system (Technolutions Slate) to drive enrollment success. The Manager will lead CRM initiatives that enable data-driven decision making, streamline processes, and foster collaboration across departments. Additionally, the role creates the CRM architecture used to design and maintain automated workflows for application review, decision release, enrollment data synchronization, and essential operations projects, ensuring the CRM supports seamless pathways from initial inquiry through enrollment and beyond.
