Responsibilities: - Process daily deposits accurately and on time - Investigate outstanding invoices and make collection calls - Respond to questions from customers and internal teams and provide basic reporting - Request and issue refunds, credits and apply accordingly - Prepare and distribute customer statements - Support other finance and accounting functions when requested Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word - Able to work efficiently, adapt to changing prio...
