Performs fundamental financial and credit analysis using publicly available information, integrating conclusions with outside opinions and rating agency data. Recommends suitability of securities for individual portfolios and commingled funds. 2. Establishes provisional investment limits within delegated authority level and pending formal submission through credit committee approval process. 3.
