Job Summary: The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating the Agile development process and ensuring the successful delivery of projects via Agile pods. They serve as a servant leader and coach to the development team, product owner, and stakeholders, promoting collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Our team is undergoing exciting changes, and while scrum knowledge is important, official certifications are less essential to us than finding a Scrum Master who takes active ownership, builds teams, champions communication, advocates for the pod, and is comfortable being vocal to management when lack of clarity or pain points are discovered. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Facilitate the Agile development process, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Guide and coach the development team on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks. - Remove any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team's progress and ensure a smooth workflow. - Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and accountability within the team. - Work closely with the product owner. - Ensure that the team understands and adheres to the organization's new POD processes a...
