Company: enGen Job Description: JOB SUMMARY This role will have Director level accountability for large technical teams with enterprise-wide accountabilities. Provide leadership to large cross functional teams. Collaborate with peers in other units, technology/business consultants, and various functional areas and outside consultants to deliver solutions. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing strategy associated with very technical enterprise-wide technologies, and ownership of all aspects of the systems life cycle, including but not limited to strategy, planning/road mapping, market competitive positioning, defining the customer value proposition, budgetary management, design, development, delivery, and support. Includes partnering with business stakeholders, collaborating with peers, leading large cross functional teams, and managing vendors. Manage policy development to address complex issues. Define service levels and insure adherence. Create a team environment that promotes cooperation, accountability, customer focus and effective work relationships in order to attain business goals.
