The Role: As the Director, SAP FICO , you will partner closely with Finance, business leaders, and subject‑matter experts to define an ERP FICO strategy that aligns with Xylem’s enterprise and IT priorities. You will optimize and simplify the ERP ecosystem to improve performance, reduce costs, and increase organizational agility. You will own and manage the roadmap for enhancing the SAP Record‑to‑Report (RTR) footprint, ensuring senior leadership remains informed and aligned on ERP initiatives.
