Job Description: About the Position: The Junior Payroll Specialist will primarily be responsible for payroll processing. Primary Responsibilities: Processing the monthly payroll with third party vendor ensuring accuracy and timelines. Should be well versed with monthly quarterly, and annual payroll compliances. Independently coordinate and communicate with all internal groups, HR team, hiring managers, and external parties as required. Assure that all employees receive timely responses to inquiries, questions, etc. and be single point of contact to employees/ other teams. Compile payroll data for management, auditors, and others. Handling day-to-day Accounting and maintaining all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments as assigned. Support in maintaining other compliances such as taxes including returns filings. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and above in business related field (HR, Admin) Minimum 1 to 3 years relevant experience in payroll and accounting in Poland.
