The Financial Reporting Team Leader draws upon experience, knowledge and expertise to review the annual, semi-annual and quarterly financial statements and Forms (N-CEN, N-PORT, 24F-2, TSR, N-CSR, FAR and Form PF) for registered investment companies and Cayman/Bermuda investment funds. The individual is also responsible for systems enhancements as they relate to financial reporting needs and development of the group. 1. Financial Reporting: - R eview annual, semi-annual and quarterly financial statements and Forms N-CEN, N-PORT, 24F-2, TSR, N-CSR, FAR and Form PF for registered investment companies and Cayman/Bermuda investment funds. - Serve as an escalation point in assisting team members with problem solving and issue resolution; Utilize best judgment to escalate issues to senior managers as appropriate. -...
