A Career With Point72’s Operations Team Point72’s Operations team supports all operational aspects of trade processing, reconciliation, financing, and reporting firmwide for all products, including equities, derivatives, bonds, foreign exchange and futures, and digital assets across global markets. What you’ll do: - Elicit, document, and maintain clear business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows. - Author high‑quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories. - Translate operational needs into actionable requirements for technology and engineering teams. - Develop test plans, test cases, and execution scripts for system enhancements and new workflows. - Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Partner with stakeholders to validate outcomes and ensure solutions meet business objectives. - Identify manual, repetitive, or error‑prone processes across Operations. - Leverage business process automation tools (e.g., low‑code/no‑code platforms, workflow tools, RPA) to streamline workflows. - Apply AI‑enabled solutions where appropriate, including data extraction, reconciliation, exception manage...
