Core Responsibilities: We are the in-house creative agency leading all the global creative work, campaigns, digital assets, experiences and packaging for The LEGO Group. This important role will lead and manage the newly formed, cross-functional global OLA Studios and Partner Management Team. This team of over 100 people encompasses the production, finishing and delivery of our campaign and product tool-boxes , packaging, as well as selecting and managing our strategic creative and production partners. You are also a part of the leadership team of OLA and being based in Billund, play a significant role in the culture of our HQ agency location and work closely with the SVP Head of LEGO Agency.
