Virtual Branch Support Centralized Review and Reporting Analyst

Job description

The position resides within the Virtual Branch Support department and is primarily responsible for providing remote support to the branch network in the review of employee outgoing emails and timesheet processes. The candidate must possess knowledge of the branch banking environment and risk/control activities, excellent analysis and judgement skills, and strong organization and communications skills. The position is a developing professional role that deals with most problems independently and has latitude to solve complex problems. This role is accountable for identification and escalation of emerging risks, trend analysis and conducting root cause analysis as well as report development and distribution. This role is also key in assisting with managing SharePoint sites, shared drives, records management, reporting, and EUC activities. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices.
