What’s the role? To act as a senior manager, overseeing the delivery of world-class financial reporting services to a portfolio of private equity clients and to drive improved business performance, measured through both top-line growth but also efficiency and operational improvement and reduction of risk. To provide a source of technical knowledge and experience for all of Gen II. What you’ll be doing: Your role may include, but will not be limited to, the following tasks which we call ‘Defined Business Activities’. The list of defined business activities is not exhaustive and may be amended from time to time: Managerial - Oversight of accounting teams - People line management - Responsibility for the financial management of the team - Ensure team adherence to internal company procedures - Development/enhancement of team specific procedures Accounting: - Responsibility for a portfolio of clients - Reviewing and signing off on capital activity (drawdowns, distributions etc) and statements - Manage the timely and accurate production of monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports by the team - Ensure financial statements prepared are in line with IFRS/UK GAAP or oth...
