Job Description: The Sanitation Technician implements site and corporate Food Safety and sanitation initiatives. Requires effective leadership skills to manage Sanitation Associates, provide detailed Sanitation reports, review/develop/implement Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures, and develop and deliver thorough training to Associates. Will be responsible for all safety requirements being fully adhered to throughout sanitation initiatives. What are we looking for?: Minimum Qualifications: Be 18 years of age or older. Have a High school diploma, GED or equivalent education Must be willing and able to work and accept varying shifts and schedules. Ability to understand and effectively communicate in the English language. Working knowledge of Safety, Quality, and Material Management Systems and procedures Ability to read and understand the daily production run schedule and execute that plan. Ability to communicate to managers and team members any production, quality/food safety, or other business-critical information vital to operations and customer service.
