We’re looking for our next Customer Service Assistant to deliver a luxury, home-from-home experience for our students. Our Customer Service Assistant’s: Provide an exceptional & personalised service to students by anticipating and delivering to their needs; offering information on local attractions, and handling enquiries with a focus on creating a seamless and positive experience: Front of House / Reception; greet and welcome students and guests with a warm, friendly and vibrant attitude. Be on hand for questions which may arise. Ensure our facilities are being looked after respectfully by residents & guests.
