The School of Pharmacy Boston Biopharmaceutical Industry Fellowship Program seeks a Program Coordinator to manage the program’s day-to-day operations. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for fellow onboarding, marketing of the program, and various event coordination efforts throughout the year. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Supports the Program Director and Manager as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the Fellowship Program. - Implements, updates and enhances internal processes that support the program; specifically related to expense reports in collaboration with the Business Office. - Coordinates the onboarding process for new industry fellows and ensures paperwork is completed in a timely manner in collaboration with Human Resources. - Develops orientation materials for fellows; schedules and assists with orientation sessions. - Assists Program Manager and industry fellows with New Innovations: update, maintain and manage New Innovations, this includes but is not limited to new account creation, set up and follow up for onboarding documents, ensuring compliance, bi-annual core competency evaluations, and regular maintenance throughout the year. - Upd...
