Role Overview: As an Energy Market Analyst at Tilt Renewables, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial optimisation of our renewable and storage asset portfolio. You will work closely with the trading team to develop and execute bidding strategies, analyse battery performance, and extract insights from complex datasets. Your ability to build robust Excel models, automate workflows using macros, and collaborate effectively across teams will be key to driving value in a dynamic and evolving energy market. - Provide strategic insights and analysis of the National Electricity Market (NEM) - Support commercial decision-making across Tilt Renewables’ portfolio of wind, solar, and battery storage assets on new development projects and commercialisation structures; - Lead market modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis to inform trading, development, and investment strategies; and - Act as a subject matter expert on energy policy, regulatory changes, and market dynamics.
