Overview The Senior Vendor Relationship Manager works to establish and maintain third-party relationships that produce efficient, high-quality operational results. You will be responsible for ensuring our third-party service providers deliver the desired outcomes within contracted service levels. You will be a valuable operations expert that partners closely with business process owners and collaborates across teams within the enterprise to de-risk and improve operations with and through third-parties. What you'll do: - Evaluate strategic alignment, health, and scalability of current and potential future third-parties, facilitate sourcing requirements gathering and business-readiness for outsourcing activities, support business case development for incremental spend, support Procurement-led RFP and contracting processes, and establish clear commercial guardrails to mitigate risk for the operation and extended customer experience - Develop & maintain strong and productive relationships with internal customers and third-party counterparts - Review and process third-party financial transactions, maintaining alignment with Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting at regular inter...
