JOB MISSION: The Visual Merchandising Specialist optimizes the in-store consumer journey by precisely executing visual merchandising strategies, product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing within New Balance stores. This full-time role dedicates 20 hours per week (2-3 days) specifically to visual updates and needs, seamlessly integrating with general retail operations for the remainder of scheduled hours. Key responsibilities include collaborating on VM implementation, assisting with in-store training, and translating seasonal visual learnings to foster store-wide visual excellence.
