Job description
About the role The Quality Improvement Project Officer is responsible for supporting quality improvement (QI) within primary care. This includes support with Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) Cycles underpinned by identified practice needs and data. You will apply project management methodologies to build primary care practice capability for data driven QI, adoption of digital health innovations and for integration across the health system. You will also play a key role in identifying issues and challenges within primary care. This permanent, full-time role will work collaboratively with our Education Lead and GP Advisor to develoe educational events that address our identified areas of need and support ongoing training for primary care staff. About the team: Reporting to the Manager Quality Improvement, you will be part of the QI Team that sits under the Primary Care Integration Business Unit working closely with the primary care workforce across the sector and across all Business Units within CHN.
