Position Description: USAID (the Agency) was established to deliver international development and disaster assistance worldwide. The closeout of the Agency, begun in 2025, is being handled by a small team of career USAID staff and institutional support contractors across various offices, including the Office of the General Counsel (OGC). OGC provides advice and support on legislative, administrative, contracting and litigation matters associated with the orderly closeout of Agency operations. Scope of Work: The paralegal performs a variety of legal administrative tasks to support the attorneys in OGC and/or attorneys in other Agencies handling litigation on behalf of USAID.
