Description Full-time, Hourly, Profit Sharing: We are seeking an experienced operator who is ready to make the move to a Foreman position within 3-6 months. Our Foremen start at $27–$33/hour, with first-year total compensation typically reaching $90K–$110K+ including overtime and incentives. Our Solar Foreman will lead a crew of solar technicians in installing both roof and ground mounted arrays for commercial customers and high-power users including farms, manufacturing plants, and warehouses. The Solar foreman will train directly under a Master Electrician and transition to leading your own crew. Reach new heights in your career with one of the fastest growing industries in the country.
