We Make Doors – Where they lead is up to you… THE ROLE: The Industrial Technician/Programmer will report directly to the Maintenance Manager. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Design, develop, test, and support controls systems which include pneumatics, servos, VFD’s, relays, communication networks, touchscreens, pushbuttons and robotic integration - Ensure electrical equipment fulfills all required compliance, safety, and environmental requirements. - Read and comprehend plans and blueprints as appropriate to the trade. - Perform and support changeovers and start-ups for all electrical equipment. - Maintain and safely operate all tools and equipment used to accomplish tasks. - Overtime will be required for assisting in shift electrician coverage, trouble calls regarding electrical matters, and meeting needs. - Assist in determining, maintaining, and organizing electrical spare part inventories - Support commissioning efforts for new projects and systems onsite at customer facilities - Provide technical support and onsite troubleshooting and repai...
