This program is designed for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities that creates opportunities to participate in programming that is 100% in the community. The program and its Coaches provide assistance with employment skills, socialization and activity based programming or a combination of both based on the needs and interests of the individuals. We are hiring Community Engagement & Employment Supervisor that will oversee Coaches who work with small cohorts.
