Electrical Engineering Technician

Job description

Essential Functions: - Assists in the design and fabrication of prototype cables and other electronic components. - Prepares, conducts, and evaluates R&D testing; documents results and highlights anomalies. - Collaborates with the engineering team to integrate feedback from customers and tests into product improvements. - Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and resolves product-related issues for customers. - Develops and maintains technical documentation, guides, and FAQs for internal and customer support. - Configures, calibrates, and maintains electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools. - Supports engineers with tasks such as circuit analysis, soldering, and assembly. - Participates in brainstorming sessions for product improvement and technical reviews. - Ensures a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety guidelines and keeping workspaces tidy. - Stays updated on advancements in electrical engineering, electronics, and relevant industry standards. - Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
