Work Schedule: 100% FTE; Day Shift. Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. On-call required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This is a mainly remote position, with some on-site requirements at the Administrative Office Building in Middleton, WI. We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to: Our ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of the EMR functionality, preferably Epic. Additionally, will have excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency with Excel, and a commitment to ongoing process improvement.
