The HR People Partner serves as the primary HR contact for a defined employee population, providing day‑to‑day support across the full employee lifecycle. This role applies practical HR knowledge and judgment to guide managers on routine people matters, ensure consistent application of policies, and maintain strong employee experience. The People Partner works independently with general guidance and collaborates closely with other HR functions to deliver timely, accurate, and compliant HR services. This position requires a well‑rounded understanding of HR principles, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to build trust and influence through clear communication and sound HR practices.
