We're looking for a passionate and experienced Therapist to join our clinical team in Danvers, MA. Whether you're focused on family or primary therapy, your work will be critical in helping our clients build the tools they need for lasting recovery. - Monday through Friday (40 hrs /week) - Per Diem What You'll Do: As a Therapist at RCA, you’ll play a key role in guiding clients through their recovery journey. Using person-centered and evidence-based practices, you will: - Assess clients’ mental and physical health, substance use, and readiness for treatment - Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment goals and plans - Provide education and counseling to clients and their families - Help clients build coping strategies and develop healthy behaviors - Identify and address behaviors that may interfere with recovery - Refer clients to appropriate external services (e.g., support groups, job placement) - Educate families on addiction and recovery strategies - Parti...
