IT Senior Manager - Mayo Collaborative Services Lab Infrastructure (Limited Tenure)

Job description

This is a limited tenure position with an anticipated end date of June 1, 2027 The Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure will be responsible for the design, implementation and operational leadership of infrastructure services supporting a laboratory. This role plays a key part in building IT capabilities in a new company, operating independently while remaining aligned with Mayo governance, security, and quality standards during the build and early operational phases. Reporting to the IT Director, the Senior Manager has primary accountability for infrastructure services delivered through managed service provider relationships, including network, hosting, cloud platforms, end-user computing, and foundational security services. The role ensures infrastructure reliability, performance, scalability, and compliance required to support laboratory operations, business continuity, and future growth.
