POSITION OVERVIEW: The Strategic Initiative Officer serves as the central coordinator for the development, implementation, and long-term sustainment of the NGA Certification Program in alignment with DoDM 3305.10, ensuring all certification and accreditation requirements are fully integrated into NGA's planning, programming, and budgeting processes. This role identifies and quantifies program resource and workforce requirements, evaluates program efficiency and effectiveness, and guides the development of position reviews that categorize GEOINT roles for certification eligibility.
