Retail Floor Supervisors are keyholders and can open and close the store as required by the needs of the business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Operational Oversight- Promotes CommunityAid’s sales and marketing strategies, including sales floor layout, merchandising, procurement stocking, product quality and rag out. Assists the Assistant Store Manager Retail Floor in designing and implementing seasonal store layout changes. Ensures the sales floor presentation, including recovery and signage, adheres to standards. Ensures the proper functioning of the dressing rooms, including recovery of items to the sales floor.
