Provides coaching to team staff to build competencies that are necessary to effectively provide supported employment services including strength based interactions, person centered planning, Stage of Change, Motivational Interviewing, Co-occurring principles and interventions and practice protocols. Assesses and evaluates the vocational needs of adult clients with severe and persistent mental illness and continues caseload contact to develop goals.
