Milling Machinist

Job description

We’re seeking a Milling Machinist with strong experience in precision metal machining, machine setup, and mill operation. This role is ideal for someone who can work hands-on with milling equipment, produce quality parts to specification, and support efficient production in a fast-paced machining environment. The right person will have solid experience with HAAS equipment, strong setup and operation skills, and a high attention to detail in precision metal work. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC and manual milling machines to produce precision metal components Machine parts to blueprint specifications, required tolerances, and quality standards Perform machine setups, tool changes, offsets, and production adjustments as needed Operate milling equipment efficiently while maintaining quality and throughput expectations Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and machining documentation Inspect finished and in-process parts using measuring instruments and inspection tools Perform deburring and finishing work to ensure parts meet dimensional and cosmetic requirements Monitor machine performance and identify issues related to tooling, setup, material, or part qualit...
