We are looking for a Store Manager in London Northcote Road, 32 - 40 hours. What our Store Managers do: - Lead with energy and purpose by driving sales, motivating your team, and creating a positive in-store atmosphere. - Recruit, onboard, and train to build a skilled and confident team with strong optical knowledge and excellent customer care. - Drive performance by tracking KPIs and supporting the team in reaching sales and satisfaction goals, working closely with HQ as one unified team. - Manage daily operations by handling scheduling, inventory, and ensuring efficient workflows. - Deliver standout service by guiding customers through every step of the eye test journey with care and expertise. - Apply your optical skills by helping customers choose the right frames and lenses, carrying out precise adjustments, and cutting lenses to specification. What we offer: Salary offered within this range depends on experience.
