As a coach and facilitator, you bring out the best in people and gain energy from ensuring that everything runs smoothly together. You will be responsible for a number of scrum teams within a specific domain, such as our B2B domain: the internal client for whom we deliver end-to-end solutions. You do not manage these teams from a content perspective, but you ensure that they collaborate smoothly according to our agile way of working. The result? Incidents are resolved quickly. Everything remains up and running. We deliver software and new features as efficiently as possible, while maintaining a positive team dynamic. You are strongly results-oriented: you help teams stay focused on deliverables and ensure that commitments are actually delivered. At the same time, you work in a data-driven way: you define and track KPIs (e.g. flow, predictability, and quality) so that we can continuously adjust and improve.
