Global S&OP / IBP Specialist

Job description

As our new Global S&OP/E & IBP Specialist , you will be a key architect in maturing our integrated planning cycles. Operating from our HQ in Ballerup, DK, you will bridge the gap between commercial ambitions and operational execution, helping to stabilize our current processes while enabling more data-driven and forward-looking decision-making across Sales, Procurement, and Finance. Key responsibilities: Your main responsibilities will include: - Continuously refine and enhance the global monthly S&OP cycle across demand and supply planning, supporting the shift from a traditional S&OP set-up towards a more integrated business planning approach with clear commercial and financial alignment. - Develop high-quality S&OP materials for senior stakeholders by translating complex data into clear, financially sound decision insights. - Facilitate cross-functional forecast reviews, aligning inputs and resolving deviations, inconsistencies, and uncertainties to establish a unified forecast. - Support scenario planning and trade-off discussions across growth, service levels, and product availability. - Combine demand, supply, financial, and commercial inputs into one consolidated plan aligne...
