Job Function: The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations on the production floor, ensuring efficient execution of production schedules while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. This role will lead a team of operators and assemblers, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer delivery and quality requirements.
