Position Summary The Executive Director of Digital Learning & Curriculum Innovation will lead the design, development, and scaling of innovation, flexible learning models that extend Tandon School of Engineering’s reach across professional, executive, and global education markets. This role will drive curriculum innovation across digital, hybrid, and modular formats, ensuring alignment with industry needs and advancing a comprehensive learning ecosystem. The Executive Director will be responsible for all matters related to day-to-day management, workflow, processes, and business operations of the Tandon Online team. The role oversees the full online team with three verticals: Course Development, Partnerships and Growth, and Enrollment & Marketing. Accountable for designing and delivering innovative, cutting-edge, high-quality, high-impact offerings using both asynchronous and synchronous learning, aimed at individual learners as well as corporate clients.
