The Job Details: Working closely with Supervisors, Customer Service, Transportation Department, Warehouse Staff and the local USCS management team. The Scheduler is responsible for ensuring that all customer inbound and outbound loads are set up for delivery or pickup. Gather and maintain all data and records relative to scheduling. This individual will consistently contribute to USCS’s key performance areas, including sales, customer satisfaction, cost controls, productivity, accuracy, safety, and sanitation, while maintaining a positive work environment. Assist in meeting scheduling demands while building good customer relationships and ensuring that all requests are responded to in the highest professional manner. Set up all customer pickups and deliveries in our WMS/Phenix (if applicable), including our customer account specific transportation driven systems if required.
