They provide comprehensive operational, financial, and administrative support to ensure the effective functioning of Graduate Medical Education programs. They must be proactive in identifying issues and opportunities to enhance data management and reporting efforts for GME and is responsible for both detailed and high-level problem solving, data analysis and reporting from various internal and external systems. They will serve as the system administrator for residency management applications, including NRMP and the Residency Management System.
