Sr. Financial Controller

Job description

We are looking for an ambitious and financially talented professional to join our team as Financial Controller in Amsterdam . In this role you will assist with the oversight of the accounting, tax, treasury and certain corporate secretarial functions of real estate portfolios and legal entities across Europe. Additionally, you will gain exposure to other departments within the company such as acquisitions, capital markets, fund management, and property management. Finance and Accounting: - Coordinate compliance of various accounting, tax and treasury matters with third-party service providers to ensure timely and accurate routine financial reporting - Review annual audited financial statements of the European portfolio under IFRS or local GAAP - Assist with the coordination of the auditing processes across the portfolio - Coordinate with the portfolio and asset management teams on routine lender and investor reporting as well as budgeting processes - Support the European management team on various operational and administrative matters Acquisitions Support: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Tax or related vocational training required; Chartered Accountant (CA)...
