Purpose of the Position Company North America (the "Company") is seeking a distinguished and accomplished Director of Construction with deep expertise in construction management, capital project execution, and beverage line installation, supported by direct operating experience in North America. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of U.S. construction standards, building codes, safety requirements, and the broader regulatory environment. The Director of Construction will serve as a key leader and strategic partner to the North America leadership team. This role is responsible for driving the successful completion of critical capital projects, including the delivery and start-up of production operations in the Northeast as well as supporting the planning, construction, and commissioning of future sites and locations across North America.
