POSITION SUMMARY: The Service Navigator for the agency’s Re-Entry program functions as a service coordinator for participants transitioning from incarceration in a Bureau of Prison (BOP) facility to a BOP Residential Reentry Center (RRC) or BOP-contracted RRC, and ultimately, back into the community.
