ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Essential functions are duties, which are essential or primary to the position or the reason the position exists. An individual must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. 1. Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment for children by providing direct supervision to children on and off Stepping Stone House grounds. 2. Teaches parenting and child care skills to parents. 3. Plans recreational activities and outings for children; assists mothers in bonding process during play time.
