Job Description Summary Global Sourcing Category Manager - CAPEX (Construction and Equipment) Develop and execute global sourcing and procurement strategies for capital investments, with a primary focus on construction and MedTech and Pharma manufacturing and process equipment, representing a combined annual spend of $340M. Drive end to end category strategy, supplier selection, and contract negotiations to secure optimal commercial terms while ensuring alignment with internal stakeholder needs. Leverage deep market insight, industry trends, and risk mitigation strategies to inform decision making and support continuous improvement across sourcing processes. Build and maintain strong partnerships with key business stakeholders to ensure current and future operational and strategic requirements are met.
